Strapping system

In the ceramics sector, having a reliable strapping system—both vertical (FV) and horizontal (FH)—is crucial to stabilize and secure the load. There is an option to add corner protectors at the edges, which will create a neater pallet with reduced risk of film breakage at those points.

Wrapper

For the wrapping station, we can incorporate a rotary arm system (AWS) or a ring system (AWR). Both systems meet expectations, with the difference being that the AWR offers greater capacity. In the wrapping station, it's important to ensure proper film stretching and, above all, create a "cord" with the same material to tightly secure the load. This eliminates the need for the traditional "triangles" used in the industry, drastically reducing end-of-line costs and making the line much more cost-effective.

Stretch Hood

To provide greater protection for your load and visibility for your brand, the solution you need is a Stretch Hood system.

This innovative technology uses a tubular film that extends and adapts to the shape of the load, offering stability and protection. It provides significant savings in consumables, faster wrapping speed, complete load protection, security during transport, and a superior finish that adds value to your palletized product.
