Starting with the SVR COMPACT model, the equipment lifts the pallet with stacked bags onto its conveyor belt for feeding. It holds a row of bags (e.g., 5 bags) and, with its blades, unloads the content into a hopper so that the raw material continues its process, while the bags accumulate, taking up a small space outside the machine. This model is ideal for companies looking for a high degree of automation. It is especially used for plastic bags and coated paper.
The second machine to mention is the SVR DEPA, the oldest model from Comav, which, thanks to its High-Quality manufacturing, remains one of the best sellers today and is considered State-of-the-Art Technology in the market. It can handle bags of any material, such as plastic, coated plastic, paper, jute, raffia, among others. The machine has blades to cut the bag and separate it from its contents. Like the previous model, the SVR DEPA accumulates and compresses the bags.
In third place, we have the SVR NT model. In this case, the belt feeding can be manual or automatic, followed by cutting the bag and separating the raw material. The bag is compacted by either a screw press or a hydraulic press. It is important to note that this model is specifically designed for explosive products, such as powders.
Finally, the SVR EL, its operational concept is similar to the previous two, except that the cutting process is powered by a hoist. This machine is needed when space is limited, so with the hoist, it can be adapted to the customer's layout.
It is important to emphasize that all models achieve 99.9% emptying of the raw material, ensuring optimal utilization and outstanding results.
