In-line weighing in the production process

Knowing the production flows within a process is essential for its correct functioning. To do this, it is necessary to carry out measurements in-line and in an automated manner, using reliable, robust and precise equipment.

At Clivio Solutions, together with Jesma Weighing Solutions, we offer solutions for vertical and horizontal in-line weighing of bulk materials such as powders, granules, grains and much more.

For vertical weighing, we recommend the JesIntake equipment, which can treat up to 2,500 m3/h. On the other hand, when we talk about horizontal weighing, we suggest the JesBelt weighing belts, which can treat flows of up to 1,000 m3/h.

JesIntake stands out for its high precision: although the process is continuous, weighing is carried out in batches, which provides all the advantages of static weighing. JesBelts are widely used when headroom is limited.
