AQA - Automated Quality Analysis

The equipment gets directly samples from the production line from our inline samples SPS to ensure the right amount of product to the AQA. That is done fully automatic with high safety.
The unit has an integrated grinder installed, which secure the right measurements for moisture with hot oven principle and water activity from an AW Senor.

Unique with the AQA is that you are capable to add up to three lines of measurements to only one AQA and therefore secure high quality more that one place.
The AQA can be configured to measure numerous parameters such as bulk density, moisture, proteins (NIR), water activity and with possibilities to add a NIR sensor.

BDS – Bulk Density System

The Bulk Density System provides frequent inline sampling and analysis of bulk density, moisture, temperature as well as visual product inspection, with all measurements as options. A very high measuring accuracy for all type of pellets and powders, ensures superior control of essential processing equipment, e.g. extruders and dryers.

With our small and impact unit makes it easy to mount the perfect place at your production.

Running frequent quality analyses for pellets and other material helps to minimize problems, such as over or under filled bags, mouth-fell, starch gelatinization, bacteria growth, as well as fat absorption. GAS – Gloss Analysis System

The System can detect absorption of oil and fat after coating. The gloss analysis system takes an image of the feed or food and analyzes the reflection of the product. The gloss value is converted into an analog value, which indicates how well the oil or fat has been absorbed into the product.

SPS – Single Point Sampler

The SPS is used for collecting a fixed-volume sample in a given product flow.

The samples are often used to lab testing but also to secure that you get the samples safely out of the production line. It has a compact and small size.
